Specialist Teaching Assisant needed in Ellesmere port

North West/ temporary / £95 - 110 per day

SEND Teaching Assistant – Specialist School
Location: Ellesmere Port
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential to become permanent)

The setting supportsSea aged 11–16 with a wide range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs, communication difficulties, and learning differences. The school provides a safe, structured and highly nurturing environment, with a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing, personalised support, and positive behaviour. Staff work closely together to promote independence, build confidence and enable pupils to make academic and personal progress at their own pace.

We are looking for a committed SEND Teaching Assistant who can provide 1:1 and small-group support, help deliver tailored learning activities, and build strong relationships with pupils. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated and supportive team who are passionate about improving outcomes for their students.
