A well-known low-cost airline in the UK seeks a Crew Planning Hotel and Travel Officer to ensure crew are well accommodated for travel and duties. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, maintaining compliance with regulations, and developing strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial travel systems, excellent analytical skills, and be adept in communication. This full-time role supports hybrid working with a presence required at the Luton office three times per week.

- Experience in commercial travel or hotel booking systems.
- Ability to interpret crew rosters and identify improvements.
- Self-reliant and able to take initiative.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee crew travel and hotel requirements according to legal and company policies.
- Manage the HATS system and negotiate rates.
- Monitor hotel and transport availability.
