A leading low-cost airline in the UK is seeking a Training Planning Officer to manage Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters. The ideal candidate will have operational experience in the airline sector, a keen analytical mindset, and proficiency in AIMS Crew Tracking systems. Key responsibilities include producing training rosters, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and collaborating with various teams. You’ll join our Training team, reporting to the Crew Planning Training Manager. This team is responsible for ensuring our pilots and cabin crew receive the training they need to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.
As Training Planning Officer, you’ll play a key part in planning and maintaining easyJet’s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters. You’ll ensure rosters are built efficiently and cost‑effectively, taking fatigue into account and minimising any impact.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
