Qualifications

  • Experience in a town planning role, ideally in consultancy or local authority.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Must have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Promote land through Local Plans for allocation and Green Belt release.
  • Manage planning enquiries and prepare high-quality submissions.
  • Represent clients in all stages of the planning process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on development projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with planning legislation and policies.
