As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the core of our sales approach. Your focus will be on engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

What does the role involve?
  • Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to provide customized solutions.
  • Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
  • Developing 'focus' customers by building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce.

What you need is:
  • Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
  • A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer pain points and needs.
  • Alignment with our values: commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
  • Resilience and adaptability to meet various customer levels.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities autonomously.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
