Qualifications

• Experience of Salesforce.com focusing on customization, flows, and system integrations.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities.
• Admin 201 Certified or willing to pursue Salesforce certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of day-to-day running of Salesforce implementation.
• Take ownership of BAU for new modules and processes.
• Work closely with the Product Manager on implementation and improvements.
