Senior Business Analyst (Contract) - Salesforce / CRM

My Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major CRM and digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of Salesforce and cloud-based solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Higher Education or Public Sector experience who can confidently operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and cloud transformation workstreams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
  • Support testing, user adoption, and change management.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Background in Higher Education or Public Sector strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CRM, or related modules).
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and associated business processes.
  • Experience working on cloud-based transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with on‑site and remote teams.
Working Pattern
  • 2 days per week in the office
  • Thursday is the anchor day (team collaboration day)
