Job summary
An international business is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support, business analysis, and quality assurance in a fully remote role. Candidates must be fluent in German, French, and English, and have solid experience with SaaS tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. Qualifications
- Experience in Level 2/3 application support, business analysis, and testing.
