Service Coordinator - Energy Efficiency Solutions - Onsite in Plymouth, MN

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a fast-growing, results-driven energy management company based in Plymouth, MN in their search for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their high-touch and fast-paced service team.

Our client is a leader in energy management solutions, known for helping organizations reduce energy use, improve sustainability, and cut costs. They foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Essential Job Duties:
• Coordinate service work orders and small-scope projects from initiation through closeout and invoicing
• Manage relationships with customers and vendors while ensuring service timelines and expectations are met
• Respond to emergency and off-hours service needs (shared rotation schedule)
• Schedule and communicate with external Labor Partners and hold all parties accountable to project scope, timeline, and budget
• Track service progress and maintain accurate records using tools such as Oracle, SmartSheet, Salesforce, and customer portals
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
• Become a subject matter expert in key areas to support evolving customer needs

Minimum Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing coordination role
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in working with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and stay highly organized
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; data fluency is key
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
• Experience in lighting, electrical, or energy services preferred
• Knowledge of LED technologies and lighting systems preferred

Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits package included
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm (w/ flexibility on start and end times)
• Base pay is $55k to $60k annually + 10% annual bonus
• Position is 80% onsite in Plymouth, MN (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
