Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000–$80,000 depending on experience
· Variable Compensation: $20,000–$40,000 in performance-based bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
· Initiate and manage outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
· Collaborate with outside sales to support proposal and SOW development
· Track and document all sales activity in CRM software
· Research and build lead lists using online tools
· Assist in drafting responses to RFPs and bid opportunities
· Coordinate internal meetings and sales-related documentation
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
· Be able to do the job as described.
· Experience in government, public safety, or enterprise sales environments
· Familiarity with proposal writing, SOWs, or formal sales documentation
· Strong written communication and attention to detail
· Self-starter attitude with comfort working independently in a remote role
