Sales Rep (Cold Calling)

£26,000 (OTE £30,000) + Commission.

Location: Newport, South Wales.

Are you a Sales Rep or similar with a focus on cold calling looking for a full‑time role with the chance to boost your earnings through commission? Do you enjoy making cold calls, handling inbound enquiries, and working on the retention of existing clients?

On offer is the chance to work for one of the UK's leading privately owned self‑storage providers, a business that has doubled its workforce in just five years and excels in acquiring land and established sites before developing new‑build storage facilities and large steel‑frame extensions.

In this role, you will drive sales through outbound and inbound calls, engage leads via email and live chat, follow up on enquiries, process payments, and support credit control. You'll work closely with Sales and General Managers to refine strategies and achieve growth targets. No two days are the same, as you'll handle a mix of client interactions, problem‑solving, and strategy tasks that keep the role varied and dynamic.

The Role:
  • Make outbound calls, handle inbound enquiries, and work on client retention.
  • Engage leads via email and live chat to convert quotes and boost sales.
  • Process payments, support credit control, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Hours: 40 hours/week | Rota'd shifts 5 in 7 days: Monday‑Friday (09:00‑21:00), Saturday (09:00‑18:00), Sunday (10:00‑16:00).
