Cluster Sales Executive, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin
You already work in a Hotel Sales role.
You do OK, you sell an OK product, make OK money, and have amazing contacts in the city. But it’s time for a change, right? You want more—OK isn’t good enough anymore.
Three of the most exciting hotels in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Executive to drive the sales strategy in the city.
Individually, these hotels are a fantastic opportunity for a driven, target-focused Sales Executive, but together they present amazing opportunities to sell three fabulous hotels to the Edinburgh market and beyond.
You will be part of a small, proactive sales team focusing on corporate and group rooms, meetings, and events. You will manage and lead the inquiry process, ensure effective training and communication within the department and across the hotels, and develop strong relationships with guests.
You should be a self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize actions while managing tasks to completion. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers.
Working with the Regional Director of Sales, you will produce and maintain the Sales and Marketing plans for the Cluster Hotels.
Requirements include being analytical, with strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably with knowledge of the Edinburgh market, is highly desirable.
You should be proactive, seeking new challenges, and understanding that this role may involve non-traditional working hours beyond the standard 9-5 office schedule.
