A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Delegated Authorities Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading insurance group. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their expertise in delegated authority functions while gaining exposure to a high-performing environment.

• Assist with the preparation, validation, and submission of monthly risk bordereaux.
• Support the team in tracking upcoming facility renewals and preparing for broker negotiations.
• Help draft Market Reform Contract Endorsements and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate reports on premiums and claims statistics.
• Accurately record risk details in the Policy Administration System.
• Liaise with internal and external third-party coverholders.
• Gain exposure to systems such as DCOM and Atlas (preferred but not essential).
• Work with PPL (training provided).
• Assist in contract preparation ahead of renewal dates.
• Provide general support to business partners and the wider team.

• Some experience in the insurance industry, ideally within the London Market.
• A basic understanding of Delegated Authority functions (preferred but not essential).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems.
• Enthusiasm to grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
