• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. supply, services, SaaS, licensing)
• Advising on contract risk, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Supporting corporate transactions with commercial input
• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders across sectors
• Contributing to know-how and business development initiatives

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-2 years PQE
• Solid grounding in commercial law, ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Available to start within the next 1-2 months
