Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Support the COO in overseeing day-to-day operations across Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, and Compliance.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Ensure alignment between departments, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Strategic Delivery: Drive key projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency and support institutional goals.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Monitor governance frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • People & Resource Management: Provide leadership to operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Acting COO Duties: Step in during the COO's absence to maintain continuity and decision-making authority.
