The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sports. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as is a willingness to engage with community activities.

- Continuously and passionately embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Provide exceptional service to each and every customer in a proactive and positive way
- Be part of On's community activity and lead the event in the future
- Work together with Store Leader and team to achieve store target and retail performance
- Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems
- Create an inclusive experience by treating all customers with respect
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitor what local competitors are doing
- We are looking for people with entrepreneurial and team spirit to join us
- Bachelor's Degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges
