A leading consultancy in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior User Researcher for a contract role. The candidate will conduct impactful user research to enhance subscription experiences, conducting usability tests and interviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a hybrid work model requiring 2 days in the Victoria office. Competitive pay of £450 to £500 per day will be provided for the right candidate, who must be currently located in the UK.
3-month contract with possibility to extend
Location: London (Hybrid) - 2 days per week in our Victoria office, with regular travel to Nottingham

We're looking for a Senior User Researcher to help shape the future of our subscription experience. In this hands‑on role, you'll lead impactful research that informs both tactical improvements and longer‑term strategic redesigns. Your work will uncover insights that drive clarity, value, and seamless user journeys across web and app experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, playing a key role in ensuring decisions are grounded in strong evidence and real user needs.
