Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in data modeling, and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI. The position offers a hybrid work model and benefits such as a pension scheme, health insurance, and generous holiday entitlement.
We strive to be the world’s leading sports brand and we’re looking for pioneers and visionaries to help shape that journey. Sport never stands still and neither do we.
At adidas, you're not just getting a job; you're stepping into a role where your impact is global and your individuality is celebrated. Champions aren’t only found on the field. Join a brand where ambition, resilience, and teamwork fuel everything that we do.
We seek people who connect deeply with our brand and bring their passion to work every single day.
You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state‑of‑the‑art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.
As a member of the Business Insights function in the North Cluster with direct responsibility for an array of key retailers, you will use effective analysis of data & reports to bring the consumer to life within the adidas business. Alongside this, you will provide both current and future focussed insights and planning to provoke and influence decision‑making within the commercial functions, with the objective of achieving the business’s strategic goals and maximising healthy key performance indicators.
We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home on the other 2 days. Beyond this, we offer a range of flexible working policies to support your circumstances whether that’s childcare, dependents, or other life commitments.
Leading pension scheme, performance‑related bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Bupa health insurance & Westfield cash plan, generous employee discount and world‑class gym facilities on‑site at Manchester HQ, or gym contributions for our London colleagues.
adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace. We do not tolerate the harassment or discrimination toward any of our applicants or employees. We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
