A leading bank in London is looking for a Financial Risk Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst lead to oversee financial risk regulatory projects, focusing on Basel/CRR/SRB. The role offers a salary range of £85,000-£130,000 and includes hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, data management skills, and a strong background in transformation and change leadership.

- More than 5 years experience in Prudential Regulatory Reporting.

- Lead analysis, design, and delivery of solutions in Financial Risk Regulatory Reporting.
- Support Reg Tech IT Platforms lead in evolving FinReg IT strategy.

- Location: London City - 2/3 days and home working hybrid

This role is for an experienced Transformation and Change as a team leader across business analysis or project management who is confident across regulatory reporting Basel/CRR/SRB.
- Lead analysis, design, and delivery of individual solutions into the Financial Risk Regulatory (FinReg) Reporting function across SMBC offices in EMEA.
- Support the Reg Tech IT Platforms lead with developing and evolving the FinReg IT Platforms delivery strategy, responding to change, regulatory and internal/external audit requests.
- Oversee and locally line manage the Fin Reg IT team.
