Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client, supported by a dedicated delivery model designed for efficiency and client focus.
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions including funding, development, and joint ventures.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial or transactional real estate
- Experience acting for institutional, investor, or developer clients preferred
- Reduced hours model and flexible working options, including hybrid or remote arrangements
- High-quality, complex real estate transactions for blue-chip and institutional clients
