Overview

Our ideal Food and Beverage Manager will demonstrate exceptional food and beverage knowledge and attention to detail with proven experience leading large teams in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage proposition across our campus including GLC our focus will be on training the team and delivering an exceptional food and beverage offer. We would also look for commercial acumen and a personable leadership style to drive performance and engagement across all our food and beverage spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspire collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
• Continually look to develop your team through mentoring training recognition and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence with your team continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service obsessive food standards and innovation
• Achieve business critical KPIs including Health and Safety Sustainability Financial and operational
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and develop menus that exemplify the highest standards of food and beverage expertise while leading from the front and engaging service partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience commensurate with role
• 4 / 5* Hotel beverage and bar background
• Experience with either property lodging or room-division management
