Role description

As a Onepilot agent, you work as a freelancer and assist the customers of our clients with their inquiries.

After completing e‑learning training for each project, you'll gain access to a knowledge base designed to help you respond efficiently. Using Onepilot’s technology and documentation, you’ll handle customer requests via email, chat, or phone.

You work fully remotely from home and are paid per resolved ticket. The pay depends on complexity, handling time, and your location, and ranges from €0.40 to €2 per ticket.

On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour.
