A legal firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for a remote locum position. The role involves managing a caseload of adult social care matters including deprivation of liberty and court of protection cases. Candidates should have previous experience in adult social care and the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly local authority team. Competitive pay of £60/hr offered, based on skills and experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care.
- Experience in dealing with sensitive ASC matters.
Responsabilités
- Manage a caseload of a range of ASC matters.
- Advise on sensitive ASC matters.
- Handle Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs) cases.
- Work on Court of Protection (COP) matters.
