Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career effectively. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators are focusing more on risk and regulatory issues.

Growth Opportunities
The three-year programme allows you to build experience and develop expertise in Risk management, with support toward the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.

You will work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into Risk management, helping clients solve business problems with tailored solutions.

Application Link and Entry Requirements
We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from all backgrounds. Typical requirements include GCSE Math and English Grade 5 or B*, 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels, and a 2:1 undergraduate degree. Applications are reviewed holistically, including socio-economic background and extenuating circumstances.
Training and Development
We offer comprehensive training, including an immersive induction, ongoing courses, and support for the FRM certification, delivered both online and in-centre. Our hybrid model requires travel to training locations, with resources available to maximize learning.
