Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN Support)

A warm, welcoming, and highly regarded primary school in Loughton is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN). About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide consistent 1:1 support to help a pupil access learning, build confidence, and develop socially and emotionally. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans and ensure the child feels safe, supported, and encouraged throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

Providing tailored 1:1 support for a child with SEN within the classroom
