You will ensure that all activities conform to health and safety legislation, advise senior management, and maintain a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple sites. You will act as the principal advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, shaping safety governance, risk management frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-site environment.
This is a senior role with a strong mix of strategy, hands‑on support, stakeholder influence, and operational oversight.

This is a full‑time permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and the role is available to start as soon as possible upon appointment. The client has not notified us of any specific Health & Safety risks. The notice period is 1 week during probation, rising to 1 month thereafter and is paid on a monthly, salaried basis. Salary offered will be dependent on experience. The role is based out of the central London office, with travel across the London portfolio.
