Salary - £24,000, plus Commission

Driver not essential – Company Car or Car Allowance available

Working Hours- Monday – Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm (5-day week)

As a Lettings Negotiator, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the property rental market, engaging with clients and tenants to secure the best possible outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies to move in
• Uploading properties to portals and social media
• Keeping up with compliance

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ambition, drive and willingness
• Organisation skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (Not essential)
• Previous sales experience (preferred - not required)
