A local community facility in Manchester is seeking a part-time Leisure Letting Assistant. The role involves managing the use of leisure facilities, ensuring customer safety, and providing excellent customer service. Contract Type: Permanent, Working Hours: Part Time, 20 hours per week, Number of Positions: 1, Start Date: 1st February 2026, Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Letting Assistant to join our fantastic Estates team working between Chorlton High School and CHS South. This is a part-time permanent post working 20 hours per week all year round. The salary will be paid at Grade 3 with the full time equivalent being £25,185, the pro‑rata salary will be £14,391.
You will be required to carry out some heavy lifting e.g. moving of equipment and deliveries, setting up equipment for sporting events etc.
Main purpose of the job:
In this customer-facing role as Lettings Assistant you will act as a point of contact for all hirers/users, in case they have any queries or issues.
You will work closely with our estates team and school staff to ensure facilities are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained, and that hirers have a positive experience.
