Join a well established and supportive conveyancing team, where you will receive training and development, with the opportunity to manage a small caseload under supervision.

• The appointed conveyancer will be working in a busy residential conveyancing department, supporting all types of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages while developing skills and progressing with the support of experienced conveyancers.
• Duties include answering initial enquiries, quoting, client communication, drafting legal documents, updating case management systems, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents and lenders.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months’ experience in a similar role, be highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience with case management systems is desirable (training provided).
