You will be responsible for the sales, valuation, and listing of residential properties, driving business development, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers a competitive basic salary with opportunities for commission, allowing for on-target earnings of GBP40,000.

Skills
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister
- Sales, Valuation and Listing of residential properties in your area, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.
- Drive business development and secure opportunities by winning new listings and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Basic salary GBP20,000 with 5% commission of your personal listings and 5% of your personal sales; on target earnings of GBP40,000.
- Have a successful track record in Estate Agency and genuinely like dealing with people, delivering superior customer service.
- Have drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
