A healthcare organization in London is seeking a Senior Community Nurse to enhance clinical and leadership skills. In this full-time role, you will work with the District Nursing team to deliver quality care, enabling self-management and independence for patients. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals and assessments, as well as collaborating with local teams. Candidates must be RGN qualified, with experience in managing teams and delivering evidence-based clinical nursing care.
