Maintenance Contractor

Our client is a well-established, Tier 1, fast-paced, and ambitious construction and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for delivering excellent services to clients. The role is on a brand new contract involving a 3-year framework working on a SHDF/Net Zero project. As a Site Manager, you will oversee and control on-site activities throughout this project, which includes external and planned work across approximately 1400 properties in Swindon and Reading, with potential expansion to Bristol and Bournemouth.

This role involves:

1. Accountability for all daily operational activities and management of operatives and sub-contractors.
2. Identifying, reviewing, and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project.
3. Ensuring quality and programme standards are met, avoiding post-completion defects.
4. Maintaining high standards of safety and quality at all times.
5. Following the project delivery plan to meet cost and time frame expectations.

Key experience required:

• Previous experience with Retrofit, SHDF, Net Zero projects.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager (desirable).
• Experience in Planned Maintenance and refurbishment.
• Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 or above.
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving license.
• Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB (advantageous).
