- Oversee day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Lead quality assurance audits, supporting teams to identify areas of good practice and pinpoint improvements.
- Liaise weekly with managers, residents, relatives, and staff, ensuring open lines of communication.
- Mentor and coach managers, build their skills, supervise, and support training needs.
- Monitor staff supervisions, appraisals, turnover, development, and ensure robust compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to statutory communications, working closely with senior leadership to ensure timely, well-documented responses.
- Operate an open-door policy, championing transparency, and collaboration.
- Strong leadership credentials and a track record in social care management.
