Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration and/or QHSE coordination is highly desirable.
  • Strong interest in UK/Ireland HSE legislation.
  • Possess a valid full UK driving licence.

Were looking for a dedicate QHSE Coordinator based in Cannock to support our operational teams in the UK Ireland and this role you will play a key part in ensuring delivery of safe sustainable and high-quality services across service centres customer sites and events.

What you'll do
  • Be the primary point of contact for managers team leaders and employees on QHSE matters providing guidance and support
  • Provide centralised coordination and administrative support for QHSE activities ensuring effective compliance assurance and continuous improvement
  • Drive and monitor QHSE compliance across service centres projects and events creating QHSE excellence
  • Provide timely QHSE dashboards (including collation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy consumption data) along with compliance and assurance reports
  • Coordinate QHSE campaigns communications and briefings promoting awareness to inform and engage relevant stakeholders
  • Support QHSE audits ISO certifications customer QHSE tender requirements and manage accreditations such as Safe Contractor and Construction Line
You'll have the following skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively support and work with multiple teams across different functions
  • Previous experience in administration and / or QHSE coordination within a complex operational environment is highly desirable
  • Strong interest in developing expertise in QHSE systems standards and UK / Ireland HSE legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately collate interpret and identify improvements in QHSE data
  • Proactive well‑organised and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
  • Possess a valid full UK driving licence
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and Ireland as required including occasional overnight stays
