Job summary
A leading engineering staffing provider in the UK is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental strategy for EPC projects. The ideal candidate will develop safety protocols, conduct training, and ensure compliance with UK regulations. Candidates should have NEBOSH qualifications and experience in construction or energy sectors. This full-time role offers a critical leadership opportunity to ensure safer working conditions across projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in EPC or major construction projects, especially in energy or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and environmental legislation.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE strategy aligning with UK regulations.
- Oversee assessment and mitigation of health, safety and environmental risks.
- Maintain and improve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 aligned management systems.
- Manage training programmes for staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with UK environmental legislation.
