A leading interiors subcontractor in Greater London is seeking an experienced commercial manager to oversee the commercial function. You will lead the QS team, implement robust systems, and drive growth and profitability. Strong leadership and commercial knowledge in the subcontractor background are essential. Qualifications
- Experienced commercial leader from a subcontractor background (fit-out, interiors, joinery, or M&E).
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with proven leadership ability.
- Hands-on approach with strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial team and oversee all financial aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Implement commercial procedures, cost reporting, and risk management strategies.
- Support tendering and contract negotiation, ensuring commercially sound agreements.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insight to the board.
- Drive performance, margin improvement, and commercial consistency across projects.
- Mentor and develop team members, building a cohesive and accountable commercial function.

Salary: GBP90,000 - GBP120,000 per annum
