An ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy with an impressive client portfolio is seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their new Brighton offices.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside Project Managers and the Senior Management team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in extremely interesting heritage projects, alongside art and cultural schemes across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out cost estimates and valuations.
• Conduct feasibility studies.
• Prepare and issue tenders.
• Negotiate final accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2:1).
• Valid driving licence.
• Any Quantity Surveying experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable travelling to projects across the UK.
