Qualifications

• Strong civils/infrastructure experience is essential.
• Experience with NEC contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial delivery of a civils-heavy project.
• Lead cost management and reporting on major civils packages.
• Manage procurement, tendering and subcontract negotiations.
• Produce accurate forecasting, CVRs, and commercial reports.
• Client liaison and contract administration.
• Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
