Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team and oversee all financial aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Implement commercial procedures, cost reporting, and risk management strategies.
• Support tendering and contract negotiation, ensuring commercially sound agreements.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic insight to the board.
• Drive performance, margin improvement, and commercial consistency across projects.
• Mentor and develop team members, building a cohesive and accountable commercial function.
