QA Manager

Shape the Future of Quality in a Growing Manufacturing Group

We're looking for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control across all manufacturing sites in our group. If you're passionate about driving standards, building strong teams, and modernising quality systems, this role gives you the autonomy and influence to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Lead all QA / QC activities and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.

Own quality documentation and continually improve processes.

Oversee inspections, testing, sampling, and product conformance.

Drive digital transformation of QA processes and migrate data to Business Central.

Manage internal / external audits and deliver effective CAPA actions.

Develop and lead a high‑performing QA / QC team.

Partner with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen product and process quality.

Handle customer complaints and lead robust investigations.

What You'll Bring

35 years in a manufacturing quality role + 23 years in a leadership position.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

Experience with quality software and Business Central.

A collaborative, can‑do mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
