Job summary
A dynamic technology support firm in Essex is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver high-quality technical assistance across multiple sites. Responsibilities include providing first and second-line support, managing service desk tickets, and maintaining IT systems. Candidates should have strong networking knowledge and a passion for technology. This is an onsite role requiring a proactive approach and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of networking systems and services including DHCP, GPOs, DNS, and Active Directory.
- Experience in providing first and second-line support for IT issues.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems.
- Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
