Booker Group is seeking a passionate and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is based at our Equity office, reporting to the Lead Supply Chain Manager. You will oversee end-to-end stock planning and movement, ensuring efficient flow from suppliers to stores, using data insights to optimize inventory and maximize product availability.

• Maintaining stock-holding and service level targets.
• Ensuring smooth intake planning and managing delisted stock and overstocks.
• Fostering strong supplier relationships and managing meetings to drive collaboration and efficiency.
• Identifying seasonal trends and implementing proactive planning.
• Monitoring market trends and providing insights to supply planners.
• Communicating sales trends and action plans.
• Supporting new product launches and optimizing RTM strategies.
• Overseeing promotional planning and forecast accuracy.
• Leading performance reviews and developing team talent.
• Managing supplier performance and conducting root cause analyses.
• Collaborating with IT on system issues to ensure minimal disruption.

• Extensive FMCG experience, including team leadership.
