Reporting to the Chirk Plant Manager, you will support all Logistics and Materials Management processes within the plant to meet production volume and customer demands. You will aim to meet or exceed KPIs, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained, and internal & external customer needs are satisfied.

How you will contribute
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 8 indirect reports.
  • Utilize Mondelez’s Continuous Improvement program - IL6S to drive engagement and foster a positive culture. Develop team capabilities at all levels to build a sustainable workforce.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize production, distribution, and customer requirements, including planning, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Use continuous improvement tools to identify supply chain losses and develop strategies to improve costs, cash flow, service, and loss elimination.
  • Manage Warehouse operations performance and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with standards, policies, and legal regulations.
What you will bring

  • Operational & supply chain experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably with TPM, 5S, LEAN, or Six Sigma knowledge.
