About the role
Booker Group is seeking a passionate and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is based at our Equity office, reporting to the Lead Supply Chain Manager. You will oversee end-to-end stock planning and movement, ensuring efficient flow from suppliers to stores, using data insights to optimize inventory and maximize product availability.
You will be responsible for
- Maintaining stock-holding and service level targets.
- Ensuring smooth intake planning and managing delisted stock and overstocks.
- Fostering strong supplier relationships and managing meetings to drive collaboration and efficiency.
- Identifying seasonal trends and implementing proactive planning.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to supply planners.
- Communicating sales trends and action plans.
- Supporting new product launches and optimizing RTM strategies.
- Overseeing promotional planning and forecast accuracy.
- Leading performance reviews and developing team talent.
- Managing supplier performance and conducting root cause analyses.
- Collaborating with IT on system issues to ensure minimal disruption.
You will need
- Extensive FMCG experience, including team leadership.
