A leading care services provider in Hitchin seeks a dedicated support worker to assist vulnerable adults. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, maintaining communication with families, and providing daily support for meals and activities. Candidates should possess a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards one, along with experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviours. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for training and development.
