As a Senior QS, you'll be a key player in delivering projects across all stages - from pre-contract to final account. You'll manage cost planning, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on JCT and Design & Build contracts.
- 2-4+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
- Experience leading post-contract meetings
- Employer's Agent experience (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
- Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for the built environment
