- Setting up and running printing presses to produce a wide range of packaging materials
- Maintaining print quality, colour consistency, and machine performance throughout production runs
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Working closely with production and finishing teams to meet tight deadlines and customer specifications
- Following company safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times
- Previous experience operating printing presses (litho, flexo, or digital - packaging experience desirable)
- Strong eye for detail with excellent colour matching skills
- Ability to work to production schedules and maintain high standards under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
