A highly respected, forward-thinking creative production agency – recognised for its work across project management, design, digital content, and sustainable brand activation – is looking for an experienced Digital Large Format Printer Operative to join their dynamic production team.

• Set up, operate and maintain large format digital printers (Fuji Film, Vutek, Canon).

• Utilise Caldera RIP software to manage and process print jobs.

• Monitor output quality and perform adjustments as needed for optimal results.

• Conduct colour checks, alignment and manage materials efficiently.

• Carry out routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.

• Work closely with prepress and finishing teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Maintain accurate records of production and materials.

• Flexibility to work additional hours when required (overtime or TOIL provided)

Essential:

• Previous experience operating large format digital printers.

• Proficiency with Caldera RIP software.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• High level of attention to detail and quality control.

• Good organisational and time management abilities.

• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Desirable:

• Background in creative or graphic production environments.

• Experience working in Agile/Waterfall hybrid workflows.

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Enthusiastic about learning and developing within a growing business.
