We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Engineering Tutor & Assessor to join our Apprenticeship Team and play a pivotal role in:

• Co‑designing and building our new Engineering Apprenticeship programme
• Developing an engaging, industry‑aligned curriculum that reflects local skills needs
• Delivering high‑quality teaching, assessment and support to apprentices
• Embedding innovation, sustainability and real‑world practice into every stage of learning
• Working closely with industry partners to ensure our apprentices gain the skills employers truly value

This is more than a teaching role, it's a chance to create a programme that inspires curiosity, builds confidence and equips the next generation of engineers with the technical and professional skills they need to thrive.

You’ll be shaping the design of a brand‑new programme for the very first cohort of apprentices. Your expertise, creativity and vision will influence everything from workshop layout and resourcing, curriculum sequencing, memorable learning activities to assessment strategies. • Have strong engineering industry experience, ideally in aerospace
• Have a degree in engineering or relevant industry recognised qualifications
