A leading Tier 1 contractor is strengthening its delivery team across the Southeast Water framework and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong MEICA and civil engineering exposure.
This is a senior role working across clean and wastewater infrastructure, offering long-term programme security, complex projects, and clear progression within a stable framework environment.
You will take full ownership of one large project or a portfolio of smaller schemes, leading delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The role combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and safety performance
- Leading MEICA and civils interfaces across design, construction and commissioning
- Managing project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Overseeing RAMS, temporary works and statutory compliance
- Working closely with commissioning teams to ensure successful asset integration
- Client-facing responsibility, including reporting, progress reviews and issue resolution
- Supporting planning, sequencing and risk management across live projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to regulatory standards
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a background in water infrastructure, ideally having worked within a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor environment.
We are open to candidates with either MEICA or civils bias, provided you have strong experience managing multidisciplinary delivery.
- Proven experience delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of MEICA and civils interfaces
- Confident leading teams, contractors and client stakeholders
- Commercial and programme awareness
- SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office capability
- Full UK driving licence
