About the role

As a Commercial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex data into meaningful decisions, bringing deep, hands‑on expertise in working with health data to the forefront of everything you do.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining intelligent reporting tools, from streamlined data pipelines to dynamic Power BI dashboards, ensuring that high‑quality insight flows seamlessly across the organisation.

Collaboration will be key: you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into sustainable reporting solutions, and deliver analysis that drives real impact. Your work will shape strategic thinking, support operational performance, and influence choices at every level of the business.

Crucially, you’ll apply your specialist knowledge of health data, interpreting trends, outcomes, and nuances to strengthen the clinical narrative around prevention. You won't just present numbers; you'll help us tell a compelling, evidence‑led story that supports better health and better decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with teams across Finance, Field Operations, Marketing, Corporate, and Clinical to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
  • Conducting deep-dive analysis on key business metrics such as booking patterns, event utilisation, product profitability, clinical delivery performance, operational efficiency and much more
  • Analysing clinical results data to identify trends and patterns that inform preventative health recommendations and support clinical commentary
  • Evaluating and enhancing existing reports and dashboards to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with our current business requirements
  • Responding to urgent analytical requests and providing data-driven recommendations for business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • This varied role offers the opportunity to continuously develop technical, analytical, and commercial skills across the business.
The hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm
  • Hybrid - Minimum of 1-2 days per week in our Worthing Head Office
Desired and Required skills for the role
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in working with Health Data.
Technical Skills
  • MySQL for complex database querying and data extraction
  • Power BI for building intuitive self‑service dashboards and reports
  • Python for data manipulation and automation in production environments
  • Advanced Excel for ad hoc analysis and insights
  • Skilled in data integration across diverse business systems and platforms
  • Understanding of statistical analysis for interpreting clinical results (preferred)
Analytical Skills
  • Analytical mindset to support data-driven decisions across all business functions
  • Ability to distil complex issues into manageable portions
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritise based on the bigger picture
  • Commercial acumen to connect data analysis with business strategy and operational decisions
