We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Product Specialist to join our growing team and drive the success of our digital products.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating innovative digital products and eager to make a real impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in defining, developing, and launching products that meet client goals and enhance user experiences.

In this role, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our digital products, creating a roadmap that aligns with client goals and market demands. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and teams, you’ll drive agile processes and ensure alignment across every development stage. With a focus on user needs and data-driven insights, you’ll lead efforts to enhance product impact and quality.

• Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with client objectives and market trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between our clients and the internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress across all stages of product development.
• Agile Product Development: Lead agile processes, sprint planning, and prioritisation to ensure timely, impactful deliveries.
• User-Centric Approach: Leverage data and analytics to understand user needs and refine the product for maximum value.
• Performance Optimisation: Regularly assess product performance, using insights to inform improvements and drive product success.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and development teams, fostering a productive environment focused on high-quality outcomes.

We’re seeking a skilled product expert with experience in digital life cycles, particularly for mobile and web. You should bring a data-driven mindset and strong communication skills to balance client expectations with agile delivery. Adaptable and collaborative, you’re ready to inspire cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results.

• Product Experience: Background in product development, with a solid understanding of digital product lifecycles and mobile or web platforms.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret metrics and analytics to drive decisions and optimisations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing client expectations and leading agile processes.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving client needs, challenges, and project requirements.
